King James Version

Psalms • Chapter 36

1 For the conductor; of the servant of the LORD; of David. 2 The declaration of the wicked is in the midst of my heart; there is no fear of God before my eyes. 3 For he has slipped to me in his eyes to find his sin to hate. 4 The words of my mouth are deceit and deceitfulness; I have ceased to be wise in doing good. 5 Wickedness thinks on the bed; it sets itself on a path not good; it does not reject evil. 6 Lord, in the heavens, Your kindness; Your faithfulness reaches to the clouds. 7 Your righteousness is like the mountains of God; your judgments are a great deep; O Lord, you save man and beast. 8 How precious is your steadfast love, O God! The children of man take refuge in the shadow of your wings. 9 They will be refreshed from the fatness of your house, and the stream of your delights will cause them to drink. 10 For with You is the source of life; in Your light we see light. 11 Your steadfast love is for those who know you, and your righteousness is for the upright in heart. 12 Do not let the foot of pride come upon me, and let not the hand of the wicked drive me away.
