וַ/יֹּ֤אמֶר אֲבִישַׁי֙ אֶל דָּוִ֔ד סִגַּ֨ר אֱלֹהִ֥ים הַ/יּ֛וֹם אֶת אוֹיִבְ/ךָ֖ בְּ/יָדֶ֑/ךָ וְ/עַתָּה֩ אַכֶּ֨/נּוּ נָ֜א בַּ/חֲנִ֤ית וּ/בָ/אָ֨רֶץ֙ פַּ֣עַם אַחַ֔ת וְ/לֹ֥א אֶשְׁנֶ֖ה לֽ/וֹ
English Translation
And Abishai said to David, "God has delivered your enemy into your hand today, and now, let me strike him with a spear to the ground at once, and I will not strike him a second time."

Then said Abishai to David, God (Elohim) hath delivered up thine enemy into thy hand this day: now therefore let me smite him, I pray thee, with the spear to the earth at one stroke, and I will not smite him the second time.

As the Lord lives, the Lord himself will kill him. Either his time will come and he'll die, or he will go into battle and be killed.

Then saide Abishai to Dauid, God (Elohim) hath closed thine enemie into thine hande this day: now therefore, I pray thee, let me smite him once with a speare to the earth, and I will not smite him againe.

Then said Abishai to David, God (Elohim) hath delivered thine enemy into thine hand this day: now therefore let me smite him, I pray thee, with the spear even to the earth at once, and I will not smite him the second time.

And Abishai says to David, “God (Elohim) has shut up your enemy into your hand today; and now, please let me strike him with the spear, even into the earth, at once—and not repeat it to him.”

Then said Abishai to David, God (Elohim) hath delivered thine enemy into thine hand this day: now therefore let me smite him, I pray thee, with the spear even to the earth at once, and I will not smite him the second time.

“God (Elohim) has surely handed your enemy over to you this time!” Abishai whispered to David. “Let me pin him to the ground with one thrust of the spear; I won’t need to strike twice!”
