οἱ δὲ ἄνδρες οἱ συνοδεύοντες αὐτῷ εἱστήκεισαν ἐνεοί, ἀκούοντες μὲν τῆς φωνῆς μηδένα δὲ θεωροῦντες.
English Translation
The men accompanying him stood silent, listening to the voice but seeing no one.

And the men that journeyed with him stood speechless, hearing the voice, but beholding no man.
