13 Then you must declare in the presence of the LORD your God (Elohim), ‘I have taken the sacred gift from my house and have given it to the Levites, foreigners, orphans, and widows, just as you commanded me. I have not violated or forgotten any of your commands.

וְ/אָמַרְתָּ֡ לִ/פְנֵי֩ יְהוָ֨ה אֱלֹהֶ֜י/ךָ בִּעַ֧רְתִּי הַ/קֹּ֣דֶשׁ מִן הַ/בַּ֗יִת וְ/גַ֨ם נְתַתִּ֤י/ו לַ/לֵּוִי֙ וְ/לַ/גֵּר֙ לַ/יָּת֣וֹם וְ/לָ/אַלְמָנָ֔ה כְּ/כָל מִצְוָתְ/ךָ֖ אֲשֶׁ֣ר צִוִּיתָ֑/נִי לֹֽא עָבַ֥רְתִּי מִ/מִּצְוֺתֶ֖י/ךָ וְ/לֹ֥א שָׁכָֽחְתִּי

English Translation

And you shall say before the Lord your God, "I have removed the sacred thing from the house and have also given it to the Levite and to the stranger and to the orphan and to the widow, according to all your commandments that you have commanded me; I have not transgressed any of your commandments, nor have I forgotten."
