בַּ/יּ֣וֹם הַ/ה֗וּא יִפָּ֤תַח פִּ֨י/ךָ֙ אֶת הַ/פָּלִ֔יט וּ/תְדַבֵּ֕ר וְ/לֹ֥א תֵֽאָלֵ֖ם ע֑וֹד וְ/הָיִ֤יתָ לָ/הֶם֙ לְ/מוֹפֵ֔ת וְ/יָדְע֖וּ כִּֽי אֲנִ֥י יְהוָֽה

On that day your mouth shall be opened to the fugitive, and you shall speak, and you shall no longer be silent, and you shall be to them for a sign, and they shall know that I am the Lord.
