וְ/אֵ֣ין הָ/עָ֗ם מַכִּירִים֙ ק֚וֹל תְּרוּעַ֣ת הַ/שִּׂמְחָ֔ה לְ/ק֖וֹל בְּכִ֣י הָ/עָ֑ם כִּ֣י הָ/עָ֗ם מְרִיעִים֙ תְּרוּעָ֣ה גְדוֹלָ֔ה וְ/הַ/קּ֥וֹל נִשְׁמַ֖ע עַד לְ/מֵ/רָחֽוֹק

English Translation

And there is no one among the people who recognizes the sound of the shout of joy for the sound of the weeping of the people, for the people are shouting a great shout, and the sound is heard far away.
