21 I will dress him in your royal robes and will give him your title and your authority. And he will be a father to the people of Jerusalem and Judah.

וְ/הִלְבַּשְׁתִּ֣י/ו כֻּתָּנְתֶּ֗/ךָ וְ/אַבְנֵֽטְ/ךָ֙ אֲחַזְּקֶ֔/נּוּ וּ/מֶֽמְשֶׁלְתְּ/ךָ֖ אֶתֵּ֣ן בְּ/יָד֑/וֹ וְ/הָיָ֥ה לְ/אָ֛ב לְ/יוֹשֵׁ֥ב יְרוּשָׁלִַ֖ם וּ/לְ/בֵ֥ית יְהוּדָֽה

English Translation

And I will clothe you with your tunic, and I will strengthen your belt, and I will give your rule into his hand, and he will be a father to the inhabitants of Jerusalem and to the house of Judah.
