28 Have you never heard? Have you never understood? The LORD is the everlasting God (Elohim), the Creator of all the earth. He never grows weak or weary. No one can measure the depths of his understanding.

הֲ/ל֨וֹא יָדַ֜עְתָּ אִם לֹ֣א שָׁמַ֗עְתָּ אֱלֹהֵ֨י עוֹלָ֤ם יְהוָה֙ בּוֹרֵא֙ קְצ֣וֹת הָ/אָ֔רֶץ לֹ֥א יִיעַ֖ף וְ/לֹ֣א יִיגָ֑ע אֵ֥ין חֵ֖קֶר לִ/תְבוּנָתֽ/וֹ

English Translation

Have you not known? Have you not heard? The everlasting God, the Lord, the Creator of the ends of the earth, does not grow weary and does not tire; there is no searching of His understanding.
