23 This is what the LORD says: “Don’t let the wise boast in their wisdom, or the powerful boast in their power, or the rich boast in their riches.

כִּ֣י אִם בְּ/זֹ֞את יִתְהַלֵּ֣ל הַ/מִּתְהַלֵּ֗ל הַשְׂכֵּל֮ וְ/יָדֹ֣עַ אוֹתִ/י֒ כִּ֚י אֲנִ֣י יְהוָ֔ה עֹ֥שֶׂה חֶ֛סֶד מִשְׁפָּ֥ט וּ/צְדָקָ֖ה בָּ/אָ֑רֶץ כִּֽי בְ/אֵ֥לֶּה חָפַ֖צְתִּי נְאֻם יְהוָֽה

English Translation

For if in this the one who boasts should boast, let him understand and know that I am Yahweh, executing lovingkindness, justice, and righteousness in the earth, for in these I delight, declares Yahweh.
