English Translation
Have not your fathers done this, and our God brought all this evil upon us and upon this city, and you are adding to the anger against Israel to profane the Sabbath?

Did not your fathers thus, and did not our God (Elohim) bring all this evil upon us, and upon this city? yet ye bring more wrath upon Israel by profaning the sabbath.

Did not your fathers thus, and did not our God (Elohim) bring all this evil upon us, and upon this city? yet ye bring more wrath upon Israel by profaning the sabbath.

Did not your fathers do the same, and did not our God (Elohim) send all this evil on us and on this town? but you are causing more wrath to come on Israel by not keeping the Sabbath holy.

Did not your fathers thus, and did not our God (Elohim) bring all this evil upon us and upon this city? And ye will bring more wrath against Israel by profaning the sabbath.

Did not our fathers do these things, and our God (Elohim) brought all this evil upon us, and upon this city? And you bring more wrath upon Israel by violating the sabbath.

And it came to pass that, when the gates of Jerusalem began to be dark before the sabbath, I commanded that the doors should be shut, and commanded that they should not be opened till after the sabbath: and some of my servants set I over the gates, that there should no burden be brought in on the sabbath day.

Then I told the Levites to purify themselves and to come and guard the gates to keep the Sabbath day holy. My God (Elohim), please also remember me for doing this, and be merciful to me because of your trustworthy love.

Didn’t your fathers do thus, and didn’t our God (Elohim) bring all this evil on us, and on this city? Yet you bring more wrath on Israel by profaning the Sabbath.”

Did not your fathers thus, and our God (Elohim) brought all this plague vpon vs, and vpon this citie? yet yee increase the wrath vpon Israel, in breaking the Sabbath.

Did not your fathers thus, and did not our God (Elohim) bring all this evil upon us, and upon this city? yet ye bring more wrath upon Israel by profaning the sabbath.

Thus did not your fathers do? And our God (Elohim) brings in on us all this evil, and on this city, and you are adding fierceness on Israel, to defile the Sabbath.”

Did not your fathers thus, and did not our God (Elohim) bring all this evil upon us, and upon this city? yet ye bring more wrath upon Israel by profaning the sabbath.

“Wasn’t it just this sort of thing that your ancestors did that caused our God (Elohim) to bring all this trouble upon us and our city? Now you are bringing even more wrath upon Israel by permitting the Sabbath to be desecrated in this way!”

Did not your fathers thus, and did not our God (Elohim) bring all this evil upon us, and upon this city? yet ye bring more wrath upon Israel by profaning the sabbath.

Didn’t your fathers do thus, and didn’t our God (Elohim) bring all this evil on us, and on this city? Yet you bring more wrath on Israel by profaning the Sabbath.”

Thus did not your fathers do? and our God (Elohim) bringeth in on us all this evil, and on this city, and ye are adding fierceness on Israel, to pollute the sabbath.'
