כִּֽי יְהוָ֤ה אֱלֹהֶ֨י/ךָ֙ בֵּֽרַכְ/ךָ֔ כַּ/אֲשֶׁ֖ר דִּבֶּר לָ֑/ךְ וְ/הַֽעֲבַטְתָּ֞ גּוֹיִ֣ם רַבִּ֗ים וְ/אַתָּה֙ לֹ֣א תַעֲבֹ֔ט וּ/מָֽשַׁלְתָּ֙ בְּ/גוֹיִ֣ם רַבִּ֔ים וּ/בְ/ךָ֖ לֹ֥א יִמְשֹֽׁלוּ
English Translation
For the Lord your God will bless you as He has spoken to you, and you will lend to many nations, but you will not borrow, and you will rule over many nations, but they will not rule over you.

For Jehovah thy God (Elohim) will bless thee, as he promised thee: and thou shalt lend unto many nations, but thou shalt not borrow; and thou shalt rule over many nations, but they shall not rule over thee.

If there be with thee a poor man, one of thy brethren, within any of thy gates in thy land which the LORD thy God (Elohim) giveth thee, thou shalt not harden thine heart, nor shut thine hand from thy poor brother:

If there are Israelites who are poor in any of your towns in the country the Lord your God (Elohim) is giving you, don't act in an unfeeling or miserly way towards them.

For Yahweh your God (Elohim) will bless you, as he promised you. You will lend to many nations, but you will not borrow. You will rule over many nations, but they will not rule over you.
