Genesis 30:22

And God (Elohim) remembered Rachel, and God (Elohim) hearkened to her, and opened her womb.

Then God (Elohim) gave thought to Rachel, and hearing her prayer he made her fertile.

and she called his name Joseph, saying, The LORD add to me another son.

“You certainly know how much work I've done for you, and how well your flocks have done under my care.

Then God (Elohim) remembered Rachel’s plight and answered her prayers by enabling her to have children.
