beginning onward, a nation that measures out and treads down, whose land the rivers divide!”

הַ/שֹּׁלֵ֨חַ בַּ/יָּ֜ם צִירִ֗ים וּ/בִ/כְלֵי גֹמֶא֮ עַל פְּנֵי מַיִם֒ לְכ֣וּ מַלְאָכִ֣ים קַלִּ֗ים אֶל גּוֹי֙ מְמֻשָּׁ֣ךְ וּ/מוֹרָ֔ט אֶל עַ֥ם נוֹרָ֖א מִן ה֣וּא וָ/הָ֑לְאָה גּ֚וֹי קַו קָ֣ו וּ/מְבוּסָ֔ה אֲשֶׁר בָּזְא֥וּ נְהָרִ֖ים אַרְצֽ/וֹ

The one who sends messengers by sea and in vessels of bulrushes upon the face of the waters, go, swift angels, to a nation extended and terror-stricken, to a people feared from there and beyond, a nation drawn out and faint, which the rivers have spoiled.
