1 Chronicles 29:1

And David the king said unto all the assembly, Solomon my son, whom alone God (Elohim) hath chosen, is yet young and tender, and the work is great; for the palace is not for man, but for Jehovah God (Elohim).

And king David said to all the congregation, Solomon my son, the one whom God (Elohim) has chosen, is young and tender, and the work is great; for this palace is not to be for man, but for Jehovah Elohim.

And king David said to all the assembly: Solomon my son, whom alone God (Elohim) hath chosen, is as yet young and tender: and the work is great, for a house is prepared not for man, but for God (Elohim).

And David the king said unto all the congregation, Solomon my son, whom alone God (Elohim) hath chosen, is yet young and tender, and the work is great: for the palace is not for man, but for the LORD God (Elohim):

Then King David said to everyone gathered there, “My son Solomon, chosen by God (Elohim) alone, is young and inexperienced, and the work to be done is great because this Temple will not be for man, but for the Lord God (Elohim).

Moreouer Dauid the King sayde vnto all the Congregation, God (Elohim) hath chosen Salomon mine onely sonne yong and tender, and the worke is great: for this house is not for man, but for the Lord God (Elohim).

Furthermore David the king said unto all the congregation, Solomon my son, whom alone God (Elohim) hath chosen, is yet young and tender, and the work is great: for the palace is not for man, but for the LORD God (Elohim).

And David the king says to all the assembly, “My son Solomon—the one on whom God (Elohim) has fixed—is young and tender, and the work is great, for the palace is not for man, but for YHWH God (Elohim);

Furthermore David the king said unto all the congregation, Solomon my son, whom alone God (Elohim) hath chosen, is yet young and tender, and the work is great: for the palace is not for man, but for the LORD God (Elohim).

Then King David turned to the entire assembly and said, “My son Solomon, whom God (Elohim) has clearly chosen as the next king of Israel, is still young and inexperienced. The work ahead of him is enormous, for the Temple he will build is not for mere mortals — it is for the LORD God (Elohim) himself!
