הַרְעִ֤יפוּ שָׁמַ֨יִם֙ מִ/מַּ֔עַל וּ/שְׁחָקִ֖ים יִזְּלוּ צֶ֑דֶק תִּפְתַּח אֶ֣רֶץ וְ/יִפְרוּ יֶ֗שַׁע וּ/צְדָקָ֤ה תַצְמִ֨יחַ֙ יַ֔חַד אֲנִ֥י יְהוָ֖ה בְּרָאתִֽי/ו

English Translation

Let the heavens rain down from above, and let the clouds pour forth righteousness; let the earth open, and let salvation and righteousness sprout together; I, the Lord, have created it.
