Deuteronomy 31:12

Assemble the people, the men and the women and the little ones, and thy sojourner that is within thy gates, that they may hear, and that they may learn, and fear Jehovah your God (Elohim), and observe to do all the words of this law;

and that their children, which have not known, may hear, and learn to fear the LORD your God (Elohim), as long as ye live in the land whither ye go over Jordan to possess it.

Have the people gather together—the men, women, children, and the foreigners living with you—so that they can listen and learn to respect the Lord your God (Elohim) and to carefully observe all the instructions of this law.
