11 And he said, Go forth, and stand upon the mount before Jehovah. And behold, Jehovah passed by, and a great and strong wind rent the mountains, and broke in pieces the rocks before Jehovah: Jehovah was not in the wind. And after the wind, an earthquake: Jehovah was not in the earthquake.

וַ/יֹּ֗אמֶר צֵ֣א וְ/עָמַדְתָּ֣ בָ/הָר֮ לִ/פְנֵ֣י יְהוָה֒ וְ/הִנֵּ֧ה יְהוָ֣ה עֹבֵ֗ר וְ/ר֣וּחַ גְּדוֹלָ֡ה וְ/חָזָ֞ק מְפָרֵק֩ הָרִ֨ים וּ/מְשַׁבֵּ֤ר סְלָעִים֙ לִ/פְנֵ֣י יְהוָ֔ה לֹ֥א בָ/ר֖וּחַ יְהוָ֑ה וְ/אַחַ֤ר הָ/ר֨וּחַ רַ֔עַשׁ לֹ֥א בָ/רַ֖עַשׁ יְהוָֽה

And he said, "Go out and stand on the mountain before the Lord, and behold, the Lord is passing by, and a great and strong wind is tearing the mountains and breaking the rocks before the Lord; the Lord is not in the wind. And after the wind, an earthquake; the Lord is not in the earthquake."
