אַֽל תִּשְׂמְחִ֤י פְלֶ֨שֶׁת֙ כֻּלֵּ֔/ךְ כִּ֥י נִשְׁבַּ֖ר שֵׁ֣בֶט מַכֵּ֑/ךְ כִּֽי מִ/שֹּׁ֤רֶשׁ נָחָשׁ֙ יֵ֣צֵא צֶ֔פַע וּ/פִרְי֖/וֹ שָׂרָ֥ף מְעוֹפֵֽף
English Translation
Do not rejoice, O Philistine, all of you, for the staff that struck you is broken; for from the root of a serpent will come forth a viper, and its fruit will be a flying serpent.

Rejoice not, O Philistia, all of thee, because the rod that smote thee is broken; for out of the serpent`s root shall come forth an adder, and his fruit shall be a fiery flying serpent.
