22 Will ye not fear me? saith Jehovah. Will ye not tremble at my presence, who have set the sand a bound for the sea by a perpetual decree, and it shall not pass it? and its waves toss themselves, but they do not prevail; and they roar, yet can they not pass over it?

הַ/אוֹתִ֨/י לֹא תִירָ֜אוּ נְאֻם יְהֹוָ֗ה אִ֤ם מִ/פָּנַ/י֙ לֹ֣א תָחִ֔ילוּ אֲשֶׁר שַׂ֤מְתִּי חוֹל֙ גְּב֣וּל לַ/יָּ֔ם חָק עוֹלָ֖ם וְ/לֹ֣א יַעַבְרֶ֑/נְהוּ וַ/יִּֽתְגָּעֲשׁוּ֙ וְ/לֹ֣א יוּכָ֔לוּ וְ/הָמ֥וּ גַלָּ֖י/ו וְ/לֹ֥א יַעַבְרֻֽ/נְהוּ

English Translation

Do not fear My sign, says the LORD; if My presence does not cause you to tremble, for I have set the sand as a boundary for the sea, an eternal decree, and it shall not pass over; though it may roar and surge, it will not prevail, and though its waves may roar, they will not pass over.
