ἰδόντες δὲ ⸀ἐγνώρισαν περὶ τοῦ ῥήματος τοῦ λαληθέντος αὐτοῖς περὶ τοῦ παιδίου τούτου.
English Translation
And having seen, they recognized concerning the word that had been spoken to them about this child.

And when they saw it, they made known concerning the saying which was spoken to them about this child.
