English Translation
For it is written in the law of Moses: "You shall not muzzle an ox while it is treading out the grain." Is God concerned about oxen?

For it is written in the law of Moses, Thou shalt not muzzle the ox when he treadeth out the corn. Is it for the oxen that God (Elohim) careth,

For it is written in the law of Moses, Thou shalt not muzzle the ox when he treadeth out the grain. Is it for the oxen that God (Elohim) careth,

For it says in the law of Moses, It is not right to keep the ox from taking the grain when he is crushing it. Is it for the oxen that God (Elohim) is giving orders?

For in the law of Moses it is written, Thou shalt not muzzle the ox that is treading out corn. Is God (Elohim) occupied about the oxen,

For it is written in the law of Moses: Thou shalt not muzzle the mouth of the ox that treadeth out the corn. Doth God (Elohim) take care for oxen?

or saith he it altogether for our sake? Yea, for our sake it was written: because he that ploweth ought to plow in hope, and he that thresheth, to thresh in hope of partaking.
