11 For I am with thee, saith the Lord, to save thee: for I will utterly consume all the nations, among which I have scattered thee: but I will not utterly consume thee: but I will chastise thee in judgment, that thou mayst not seem to thyself innocent.

כִּֽי אִתְּ/ךָ֥ אֲנִ֛י נְאֻם יְהוָ֖ה לְ/הֽוֹשִׁיעֶ֑/ךָ כִּי֩ אֶעֱשֶׂ֨ה כָלָ֜ה בְּ/כָֽל הַ/גּוֹיִ֣ם אֲשֶׁ֧ר הֲפִצוֹתִ֣י/ךָ שָּׁ֗ם אַ֤ךְ אֹֽתְ/ךָ֙ לֹֽא אֶעֱשֶׂ֣ה כָלָ֔ה וְ/יִסַּרְתִּ֨י/ךָ֙ לַ/מִּשְׁפָּ֔ט וְ/נַקֵּ֖ה לֹ֥א אֲנַקֶּֽ/ךָּ

English Translation

For with you I am, declares the LORD, to save you; for I will make an end of all the nations where I have scattered you, but I will not make an end of you. And I will discipline you in just measure, and I will by no means leave you unpunished.
