17 They offered at the dedication of this house of God (Elohim) one hundred bulls, two hundred rams, four hundred lambs; and for a sin offering for all Israel, twelve male goats, according to the number of the tribes of Israel.

וְ/הַקְרִ֗בוּ לַ/חֲנֻכַּת֮ בֵּית אֱלָהָ֣/א דְנָה֒ תּוֹרִ֣ין מְאָ֔ה דִּכְרִ֣ין מָאתַ֔יִן אִמְּרִ֖ין אַרְבַּ֣ע מְאָ֑ה וּ/צְפִירֵ֨י עִזִּ֜ין ל/חטיא לְ/חַטָּאָ֤ה עַל כָּל יִשְׂרָאֵל֙ תְּרֵֽי עֲשַׂ֔ר לְ/מִנְיָ֖ן שִׁבְטֵ֥י יִשְׂרָאֵֽל

English Translation

And they brought forth for the dedication of the house of God, twelve torins of a hundred, and they said four hundred and rams for the sin offering for all Israel, twelve for the count of the tribes of Israel.
