Isaiah 55:7

let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts; and let him return unto Jehovah, and he will have mercy upon him; and to our God (Elohim), for he will abundantly pardon.

Wicked people should change their ways and get rid of even the thought of doing something wrong. They should turn to the Lord so he can be merciful to them. Come back to our God (Elohim), because he's generous with his forgiveness.
