Jeremiah 5:9

Shall I not visit for these things? saith Jehovah; and shall not my soul be avenged on such a nation as this?

Shouldn't I punish them for all this? declares the Lord. Shouldn't I retaliate for what this nation has done?

Do I not lay a charge for these?” A declaration of YHWH, “And on a nation such as this, || Does My soul not avenge itself?
