Exodus 21:13

And if a man lie not in wait, but God (Elohim) deliver him into his hand; then I will appoint thee a place whither he shall flee.

But if he had no evil purpose against him, and God (Elohim) gave him into his hand, I will give you a place to which he may go in flight.

But if he have not lain in wait, and God (Elohim) have delivered [him] into his hand, I will appoint thee a place to which he shall flee.

But he that did not lie in wait for him, but God (Elohim) delivered him into his hands: I will appoint thee a place to which he must flee.

And if a man come presumptuously upon his neighbour, to slay him with guile; thou shalt take him from mine altar, that he may die.
