The Fountain Gate was repaired by Shallun, son of Col-hozeh, ruler of the Mizpah district. He rebuilt it, put a roof on it, set up its doors, together with its bolts and bars. He rebuilt the wall of the Pool of Shelah by the king's garden, as far as the steps that go down from the City of David.

English Translation
And at the gate of the eye, Shalun the son of every seer, the prince of the lookout, he will build it and he will establish it, and he will set my doors and my locks and my bars, and at the wall of the pool of the send to the garden of the king and to the steps that go down from the city of David.
