Numbers 24:4

He saith, who heareth the words of God (Elohim), Who seeth the vision of the Almighty, Falling down, and having his eyes open:

He says, whose ears are open to the words of God (Elohim), who has seen the vision of the Ruler of all, falling down, but having his eyes open:

The hearer of the words of God (Elohim) hath said, he that hath beheld the vision of the Almighty, he that falleth, and so his eyes are opened:

“This is the prophecy of Balaam, son of Beor, the prophecy of a man who sees with eyes that are wide open, the prophecy of one who hears the words of God (Elohim), who sees the vision given by Almighty, who bows down in respect with open eyes.
