14 Once you were abandoned and despised, somewhere people didn't go, but now I will make you a place to be proud of forever, a joy to every generation.

וְ/הָלְכ֨וּ אֵלַ֤יִ/ךְ שְׁח֨וֹחַ֙ בְּנֵ֣י מְעַנַּ֔יִ/ךְ וְ/הִֽשְׁתַּחֲו֛וּ עַל כַּפּ֥וֹת רַגְלַ֖יִ/ךְ כָּל מְנַֽאֲצָ֑יִ/ךְ וְ/קָ֤רְאוּ לָ/ךְ֙ עִ֣יר יְהוָ֔ה צִיּ֖וֹן קְד֥וֹשׁ יִשְׂרָאֵֽל

English Translation

And your sons will go to you, bowing down; and all your despisers will prostrate themselves at the soles of your feet; and they will call you the city of the Lord, Zion, the Holy One of Israel.
