14 This is what the Lord God (Elohim) says: If the prince gives a gift of property to any of his sons to own, it will belong to his descendants. They will be able to inherit the property.

וּ/מִנְחָה֩ תַעֲשֶׂ֨ה עָלָ֜י/ו בַּ/בֹּ֤קֶר בַּ/בֹּ֨קֶר֙ שִׁשִּׁ֣ית הָֽ/אֵיפָ֔ה וְ/שֶׁ֛מֶן שְׁלִישִׁ֥ית הַ/הִ֖ין לָ/רֹ֣ס אֶת הַ/סֹּ֑לֶת מִנְחָה֙ לַֽ/יהוָ֔ה חֻקּ֥וֹת עוֹלָ֖ם תָּמִֽיד

English Translation

And a grain offering you shall make for Me in the morning, in the morning six-tenths of an ephah and a third of a hin of oil to mix with the fine flour for the grain offering to the LORD; it is a perpetual statute forever.
