4 Let mine outcasts dwell with thee; as for Moab, be thou a covert to him from the face of the spoiler: for the extortioner is brought to nought, spoiling ceaseth, the oppressors are consumed out of the land.

יָג֤וּרוּ בָ/ךְ֙ נִדָּחַ֔/י מוֹאָ֛ב הֱוִי סֵ֥תֶר לָ֖/מוֹ מִ/פְּנֵ֣י שׁוֹדֵ֑ד כִּֽי אָפֵ֤ס הַ/מֵּץ֙ כָּ֣לָה שֹׁ֔ד תַּ֥מּוּ רֹמֵ֖ס מִן הָ/אָֽרֶץ

English Translation

Those who are exiled from Moab shall dwell in you; be a shelter to them from the face of the plunderer, for the oppressor has ceased, destruction has ended, and those who trample have vanished from the land.
