19 Woe unto him that saith to the wood, Awake; to the dumb stone, Arise! Shall this teach? Behold, it is laid over with gold and silver, and there is no breath at all in the midst of it.

ה֣וֹי אֹמֵ֤ר לָ/עֵץ֙ הָקִ֔יצָ/ה ע֖וּרִי לְ/אֶ֣בֶן דּוּמָ֑ם ה֣וּא יוֹרֶ֔ה הִנֵּה ה֗וּא תָּפוּשׂ֙ זָהָ֣ב וָ/כֶ֔סֶף וְ/כָל ר֖וּחַ אֵ֥ין בְּ/קִרְבּֽ/וֹ

Woe to the one who says to the tree, "Awake!" and to the stone, "Be silent!" It will teach; behold, it is covered with gold and silver, and there is no spirit within it.
