וַ/יִּשְׁכּ֤וֹן עָ֘רִ֤ים נִכְחָד֗וֹת בָּ֭תִּים לֹא יֵ֣שְׁבוּ לָ֑/מוֹ אֲשֶׁ֖ר הִתְעַתְּד֣וּ לְ/גַלִּֽים
English Translation
And they will dwell in cities that are not inhabited, in houses they will not live in, which they have prepared for themselves to be ruins.

And he hath dwelt in desolate cities, In houses which no man inhabited, Which were ready to become heaps;
