א֣וֹ בְ/כָל אֶ֜בֶן אֲשֶׁר יָמ֥וּת בָּ/הּ֙ בְּ/לֹ֣א רְא֔וֹת וַ/יַּפֵּ֥ל עָלָ֖י/ו וַ/יָּמֹ֑ת וְ/הוּא֙ לֹא אוֹיֵ֣ב ל֔/וֹ וְ/לֹ֥א מְבַקֵּ֖שׁ רָעָתֽ/וֹ
English Translation
Or in any stone that dies in it without seeing, and it fell upon him and he died, and he is not an enemy to him and does not seek his harm.

or with any stone, whereby a man may die, seeing him not, and cast it upon him, so that he died, and he was not his enemy, neither sought his harm;

or with any stone, whereby a man may die, seeing him not, and cast it upon him, so that he died, and he was not his enemy, neither sought his harm;

Or has given him a blow with a stone, without seeing him, so causing his death, though he had nothing against him and no desire to do him evil:

or [have smitten him] with any stone wherewith one may die, without seeing him, and have cast it upon him so that he die, and he was not his enemy, neither sought his harm:

And enmity, he do any of these things,

then the congregation shall judge between the smiter and the avenger of blood according to these judgments:

and the avenger finds him outside his sanctuary town and kills him, then the avenger will not be guilty of murder,

or with any stone, by which a man may die, not seeing him, and cast it on him, so that he died, and he was not his enemy, neither sought his harm;

Or any stone (whereby he might be slaine) and sawe him not, or caused it to fall vpon him, and he die, and was not his enemie, neither sought him any harme,
