10 Whenever any controversy comes to you from your brothers who dwell in their cities, between blood and blood, between law and commandment, statutes and ordinances, you must warn them, that they not be guilty towards Yahweh, and so wrath come on you and on your brothers. Do this, and you will not be guilty.

וְ/כָל רִיב֩ אֲשֶׁר יָב֨וֹא עֲלֵי/כֶ֜ם מֵ/אֲחֵי/כֶ֣ם הַ/יֹּשְׁבִ֣ים בְּ/עָרֵי/הֶ֗ם בֵּֽין דָּ֣ם לְ/דָם֮ בֵּין תּוֹרָ֣ה לְ/מִצְוָה֮ לְ/חֻקִּ֣ים וּ/לְ/מִשְׁפָּטִים֒ וְ/הִזְהַרְתֶּ֣ם אֹתָ֔/ם וְ/לֹ֤א יֶאְשְׁמוּ֙ לַ/יהוָ֔ה וְ/הָֽיָה קֶ֥צֶף עֲלֵי/כֶ֖ם וְ/עַל אֲחֵי/כֶ֑ם כֹּ֥ה תַעֲשׂ֖וּ/ן וְ/לֹ֥א תֶאְשָֽׁמוּ

English Translation

And every dispute that will come against you from your brothers who dwell in their cities, between blood and blood, between law and commandment, between statutes and judgments, you shall warn them, and they shall not be guilty before the Lord, and there will be wrath against you and against your brothers. Thus you shall do, and you shall not be guilty.
