19 Yet say ye, Wherefore doth not the son bear the iniquity of the father? when the son hath done that which is lawful and right, and hath kept all my statutes, and hath done them, he shall surely live.

וַ/אֲמַרְתֶּ֕ם מַדֻּ֛עַ לֹא נָשָׂ֥א הַ/בֵּ֖ן בַּ/עֲוֺ֣ן הָ/אָ֑ב וְ/הַ/בֵּ֞ן מִשְׁפָּ֧ט וּ/צְדָקָ֣ה עָשָׂ֗ה אֵ֣ת כָּל חֻקּוֹתַ֥/י שָׁמַ֛ר וַ/יַּעֲשֶׂ֥ה אֹתָ֖/ם חָיֹ֥ה יִחְיֶֽה

And you shall say, “Why does not the son bear the iniquity of the father? For the son has done what is just and right, and has kept all My statutes and has done them; he shall surely live.”
