Acts 13:27

For they that dwell in Jerusalem, and their rulers, because they knew him not, nor the voices of the prophets which are read every sabbath, fulfilled [them] by condemning [him].

For they that inhabited Jerusalem, and the rulers thereof, not knowing him, nor the voices of the prophets, which are read every sabbath, judging him have fulfilled them.

But God (Elohim) raised him from the dead:

After they had fulfilled everything predicted that they would do to him, they took him down from the cross and buried him in a tomb.

for those dwelling in Jerusalem, and their chiefs, having not known this One, also the voices of the Prophets, which are being read every Sabbath—having judged Him—fulfilled,

The people in Jerusalem and their leaders did not recognize Yashua (Jesus) as the one the prophets had spoken about. Instead, they condemned him, and in doing this they fulfilled the prophets’ words that are read every Sabbath.
