19 And who knoweth whether he shall be a wise man or a fool? yet shall he have rule over all my labour wherein I have laboured, and wherein I have shewed myself wise under the sun. This is also vanity.

וּ/מִ֣י יוֹדֵ֗עַ הֶֽ/חָכָ֤ם יִהְיֶה֙ א֣וֹ סָכָ֔ל וְ/יִשְׁלַט֙ בְּ/כָל עֲמָלִ֔/י שֶֽׁ/עָמַ֥לְתִּי וְ/שֶׁ/חָכַ֖מְתִּי תַּ֣חַת הַ/שָּׁ֑מֶשׁ גַּם זֶ֖ה הָֽבֶל

English Translation

And who knows whether the wise will be above the fool, and whether he will rule over all my labor in which I have labored and in which I have acted wisely under the sun? This also is vanity.
