22 Thus saith thy Lord the LORD, and thy God (Elohim) that pleadeth the cause of his people, Behold, I have taken out of thine hand the cup of trembling, even the dregs of the cup of my fury; thou shalt no more drink it again:

English Translation
Thus says your Lord Yahweh and your God, I will contend with your people; behold, I have taken from your hand the cup of poison, the bowl of the cup of my wrath; you shall no longer drink it again.
