Hebrews 11:14

For they that say such things make it manifest that they are seeking after a country of their own.

For they that say these things, do signify that they seek a country. 15 And truly if they had been mindful of that from whence they came out, they had doubtless time to return.

But now they desire a better country, that is, a heavenly: wherefore God (Elohim) is not ashamed of them, to be called their God (Elohim): for he hath prepared for them a city.

But they're looking for a better country instead, a heavenly country. That is why God (Elohim) isn't disappointed with them, and is happy to be called their God (Elohim), for he has built a city for them.

For those who say such things make it clear that they are seeking a country of their own.

For they that say such things, declare plainely, that they seeke a countrey.

For they that say such things declare plainly that they seek a country.

for those saying such things make apparent that they seek a country;

Obviously people who say such things are looking forward to a country they can call their own.
