Judges 16:17

And he told her all his heart, and said unto her, There hath not come a razor upon my head; for I have been a Nazirite unto God (Elohim) from my mother`s womb: if I be shaven, then my strength will go from me, and I shall become weak, and be like any other man.

And opening all his heart to her, he said to her, My head has never been touched by a blade, for I have been separate to God (Elohim) from the day of my birth: if my hair is cut off, then my strength will go from me and I will become feeble, and will be like any other man.
