12 Be it known unto the king, that the Jews that came up from thee are come to us unto Jerusalem; they are building the rebellious and the bad city, and have finished the walls, and repaired the foundations.

יְדִ֨יעַ֙ לֶהֱוֵ֣א לְ/מַלְכָּ֔/א דִּ֣י יְהוּדָיֵ֗/א דִּ֤י סְלִ֨קוּ֙ מִן לְוָתָ֔/ךְ עֲלֶ֥י/נָא אֲת֖וֹ לִ/ירוּשְׁלֶ֑ם קִרְיְתָ֨/א מָֽרָדְתָּ֤/א ו/באישת/א וּ/בִֽישְׁתָּ/א֙ בָּנַ֔יִן ו/שורי וְ/שׁוּרַיָּ֣/א אשכללו שַׁכְלִ֔ילוּ וְ/אֻשַּׁיָּ֖/א יַחִֽיטוּ

You shall know to be a king of Judah, that you removed from your light upon me to Jerusalem, the city that you descended from, and you and I will prevail, and I shall enlighten you and establish your sons and their offspring, and let them flourish and they will set down their foundations.
