In the first year of Cyrus the king, Cyrus the king made a decree: Concerning the house of God (Elohim) at Jerusalem, let the house be built, the place where they offer sacrifices, and let the foundations thereof be strongly laid; the height thereof threescore cubits, and the breadth thereof threescore cubits;

English Translation
In the year of the reign of Cyrus king of Persia, Cyrus the king set forth a decree concerning the house of God in Jerusalem, saying: "Let the house be rebuilt, the place where sacrifices are offered, and let its foundations be firmly laid; its height shall be sixty cubits, and its width sixty cubits."
