15 But the former governors that were before me were chargeable unto the people, and took of them bread and wine, besides forty shekels of silver; yea, even their servants bare rule over the people: but so did not I, because of the fear of God (Elohim).

וְ/הַ/פַּחוֹת֩ הָ/רִאשֹׁנִ֨ים אֲשֶׁר לְ/פָנַ֜/י הִכְבִּ֣ידוּ עַל הָ/עָ֗ם וַ/יִּקְח֨וּ מֵ/הֶ֜ם בְּ/לֶ֤חֶם וָ/יַ֨יִן֙ אַחַר֙ כֶּֽסֶף שְׁקָלִ֣ים אַרְבָּעִ֔ים גַּ֥ם נַעֲרֵי/הֶ֖ם שָׁלְט֣וּ עַל הָ/עָ֑ם וַ/אֲנִי֙ לֹא עָשִׂ֣יתִי כֵ֔ן מִ/פְּנֵ֖י יִרְאַ֥ת אֱלֹהִֽים

English Translation

And the lessors who were before me oppressed the people and took from them in bread and wine after forty shekels; also their young men ruled over the people, but I did not do so because of the fear of God.
