מֵ֘/עִ֤יר מְתִ֨ים יִנְאָ֗קוּ וְ/נֶֽפֶשׁ חֲלָלִ֥ים תְּשַׁוֵּ֑עַ וֶ֝/אֱל֗וֹהַּ לֹא יָשִׂ֥ים תִּפְלָֽה
English Translation
From the city of the dead, the dead will groan, and the soul of the slain will cry out, and God will not accept a prayer.

From out of the populous city men groan, And the soul of the wounded crieth out: Yet God (Elohim) regardeth not the folly.

From the town come sounds of pain from those who are near death, and the soul of the wounded is crying out for help; but God (Elohim) does not take note of their prayer.

Men groan from out of the city, and the soul of the wounded crieth out; and God (Elohim) imputeth not the impiety.

Out of the cities they have made men to groan, and the soul of the wounded hath cried out, and God (Elohim) doth not suffer it to pass unrevenged.
