And he shall bring it to Aaron’s sons the priests: and he shall take thereout his handful of the flour thereof, and of the oil thereof, with all the frankincense thereof; and the priest shall burn the memorial of it upon the altar,

English Translation
And he shall bring it to the sons of Aaron the priests, and he shall take from it a full handful of its fine flour and of its oil upon all its frankincense, and the priest shall burn its memorial portion on the altar as an offering made by fire, a sweet aroma to the Lord.
