22 When a prophet speaketh in the name of the LORD, if the thing follow not, nor come to pass, that is the thing which the LORD hath not spoken, but the prophet hath spoken it presumptuously: thou shalt not be afraid of him.

אֲשֶׁר֩ יְדַבֵּ֨ר הַ/נָּבִ֜יא בְּ/שֵׁ֣ם יְהוָ֗ה וְ/לֹֽא יִהְיֶ֤ה הַ/דָּבָר֙ וְ/לֹ֣א יָב֔וֹא ה֣וּא הַ/דָּבָ֔ר אֲשֶׁ֥ר לֹא דִבְּר֖/וֹ יְהוָ֑ה בְּ/זָדוֹן֙ דִּבְּר֣/וֹ הַ/נָּבִ֔יא לֹ֥א תָג֖וּר מִמֶּֽ/נּוּ

If the prophet speaks in the name of the Lord and the word does not happen and does not come about, that is the word which the Lord has not spoken; the prophet has spoken it presumptuously; you shall not be afraid of him.
