Genesis 1:14

And God (Elohim) said, Let there be lights in the firmament of heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days and years:

And God (Elohim) said: Let there be lights made in the firmament of heaven, to divide the day and the night, and let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days and years:

and let them be for lights in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth: and it was so.

They shall be lights in the sky to shine on the earth.” And that's what happened.

God (Elohim) said, “Let there be lights in the expanse of the sky to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs to mark seasons, days, and years;

And God (Elohim) said, Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days, and years:

And God (Elohim) says, “Let luminaries be in the expanse of the heavens, to make a separation between the day and the night, then they have been for signs, and for appointed times, and for days and years,

And God (Elohim) said, Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days, and years:

Then God (Elohim) said, “Let lights appear in the sky to separate the day from the night. Let them be signs to mark the seasons, days, and years.
