2 Chronicles 32:17

He wrote also letters, to rail on Jehovah, the God (Elohim) of Israel, and to speak against him, saying, As the gods of the nations of the lands, which have not delivered their people out of my hand, so shall not the God (Elohim) of Hezekiah deliver his people out of my hand.

And he wrote a letter to rail at Jehovah the God (Elohim) of Israel, and to speak against him saying, As the gods of the nations of the countries have not delivered their people out of my hand, so shall not the God (Elohim) of Hezekiah deliver his people out of my hand.

He wrote also letters full of blasphemy against the Lord the God (Elohim) of Israel, and he spoke against him: As the gods of other nations could not deliver their people out of my hand, so neither can the God (Elohim) of Ezechias deliver his people out of this hand.

He wrote also letters, to rail on the LORD, the God (Elohim) of Israel, and to speak against him, saying, As the gods of the nations of the lands which have not delivered their people out of mine hand, so shall not the God (Elohim) of Hezekiah deliver his people out of mine hand.

They talked about the God (Elohim) of Jerusalem like they did about the gods of the other nations, gods made by human beings.

He also wrote letters insulting Yahweh, the God (Elohim) of Israel, and speaking against him, saying, “As the gods of the nations of the lands, which have not delivered their people out of my hand, so shall the God (Elohim) of Hezekiah not deliver his people out of my hand.”

He wrote also letters to rail on the LORD God (Elohim) of Israel, and to speak against him, saying, As the gods of the nations of other lands have not delivered their people out of mine hand, so shall not the God (Elohim) of Hezekiah deliver his people out of mine hand.

and he has written letters to give reproach to YHWH, God (Elohim) of Israel, and to speak against Him, saying, “As the gods of the nations of the lands that have not delivered their people from my hand, so the God (Elohim) of Hezekiah does not deliver His people from my hand.”

He wrote also letters to rail on the LORD God (Elohim) of Israel, and to speak against him, saying, As the gods of the nations of other lands have not delivered their people out of mine hand, so shall not the God (Elohim) of Hezekiah deliver his people out of mine hand.

The king also sent letters scorning the LORD, the God (Elohim) of Israel. He wrote, “Just as the gods of all the other nations failed to rescue their people from my power, so the God (Elohim) of Hezekiah will also fail.”
