1 To him that excelleth. A Psalme of Dauid. The foole hath said in his heart, There is no God (Elohim): they haue corrupted, and done an abominable worke: there is none that doeth good.

English Translation
To the chief musician, a psalm of David: The fool has said in his heart, "There is no God." They are corrupt, they have done abominable deeds; there is none who does good.
